Mischa Bennett – Director & Founder
Mischa started his career in Accounting with KPMG where he decided what he enjoyed most about being within corporate finance and funds management were the personal interactions he had.
Mischa’s recruitment career started in 2007 firstly with a global firm where he eventually ran a team covering Sydney CBD and then from 2011 with a boutique executive search firm where he led the infrastructure, equities and funds management specialisations. Through his career, Mischa has completed hundreds of mandates, both using executive search and contingent methodoligies.
Mischa founded Capital Executive Search in 2020 to specialise in Infrastructure, Equities, Funds Management, Distribution and ESG/RI.
Mischa has completed a Bachelor of Business Degree (Finance & Accounting) at University of Technology Sydney.

Rob Hoyles – Consultant
After completing his Degree in 2015, Rob founded and built a 100+ staff freight forwarding company which he sold in 2022. Rob’s interest in moving into corporate finance & private equity executive search is combining his interest in dealing with people, and his experience in building and transacting in the corporate context.
Rob has completed a Bachelor of Science at University of NSW.

Gabrielle Percic – Consultant
Gabrielle started with CES in 2022 to cover Distribution, ESG/Responsible Investment, Funds Management and Wealth. Gabrielle started her career within Macquarie Bank’s Wealth Advisory division.
Gabrielle has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Econometrics)
